1. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. spa8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the spa8 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of spa8's systems.
• Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
• Spreading harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.

Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and spa8 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the spa8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

Spa8 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods including local bank transfers and e-wallets. Processing times and transaction limits are subject to current policies and may change without notice. Any deposit credited to an account is final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances as determined by spa8 management.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, as part of our fraud prevention measures. spa8 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

Account Suspension & Closure
